No – He is in a “lineup” against that brick wall – all lineup persons are serious!!!!! Whatever the reason for that serious face, it is adorable. But then again, maybe he is embarrassed by the T Shirt. On the other hand, maybe he is just not smiling for anyone at that moment. No matter what, that is the cutest, sweetest little boy in the city of Reedley – The state of California – even in the U. S. of A.
